About Bay Soccer Club Fields at Cahoon Park

The Bay Soccer Club is a not-for-profit organization that works closely with the City of Bay Village to provide organized soccer to the youth of our community. The club has been in existence for 50 years and is one of the largest organizations in the city.

Each year the club serves close to 1,400 youth soccer players, plus their parents and families, referees, and coaches. A 20-member Board of Directors, all volunteers, manages the club. Each member serves a one year term (no term limits) with elections held each year in November.

Did you know… that soccer has been part of the Bay Village experience and community for 50 years and in anticipation of this anniversary in 2019, the Club has been working with the City over the last three years to develop plans to renovate the Cahoon Park fields?  The image below shows the proposed plan to renovate the playing surface and improve the facilities at Cahoon Park.

Also included in the proposal discussed with the City of Bay Village over the past three years is a  donation high-quality topsoil for the improvement of the playing surface.
